... while on the road.
This is another topic open for discussion, which again is all down to personal choice and an individuals out-look on all things equal.
When out on the road, day after day, week after week and month after month, what do you do for personal hygene. I'm more thinking about ablusions and daily grooming, as opposed to using the latrines.
I was walking through the supermarket just this morning, and reached out for an aerosol of 'Imperial Leather' antiperspirant deodorant. It got me thinking that this could possibly be my last purchase of deodorant for the fore-seeable future.
Apart from the routine brushing of the teeth, combing of the hair (for those that have long hair) and shaving (those that bother to shave), do you grrom yourself as you would if you were getting ready to go out to work.
I was thinking that if, I were wanting to do a night border incursion, LOL, or some discrete wild camping the last thing I would want to do is make myself smell of 'Imperial Leather.' Baring in mind that some of the natives one meets on the trail have never had the daily use of a deodorant.
Maybe a silly topic, but it's just something that popped into my head and I though it worth having a chat over.
Thanks for listening.
